About Sai
A dedicated real estate agent with Royal LePage Vision Realty. Originally from Thailand, I’ve called Newfoundland home since I was 12, and I’m proud to work in such a vibrant and close-knit community.
With over a decade of experience in land surveying, including legal surveys for real estate transactions and construction surveys, I bring a unique technical perspective to real estate. My surveying background has equipped me with keen attention to detail and an understanding of property from the ground up. As a project coordinator, I also developed strong organizational and communication skills by working closely with clients and field crews to keep projects on track—skills I carried forward as a CAD software instructor at Academy Canada and now as a real estate agent.
In 2017, after the birth of my daughter, I chose to pursue real estate as a way to build a flexible, client-centered career while being a full-time mom. I’m passionate about helping clients make confident, informed decisions with their biggest investments, whether they’re buying, selling, or relocating to Newfoundland.
